Returns & Exchanges
Because all of our boutique items are custom-printed and made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or process exchanges for incorrect sizes, color choices, or change of mind.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
To help us resolve this, please email us at rose.mcfarland@ymail.com within 30 days of product delivery with:
- Your order number.
- Clear photographic or video evidence showing the exact issue, damage, or defect.
If the issue is verified as a manufacturing or print error, we will gladly send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost in transit or marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned to the sender due to an invalid address, we can reship the order at your expense or issue a product-price refund.
